Thoroughbred Engineering, Inc. (TEI) was established in 1986 by partners Brent Combs, PE, LS and Greg Johnson to serve the Central Kentucky region. TEI has been intensely involved in the development of Georgetown and Scott County following the announcement that Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, Inc. was moving to the area. In November 2003, Mr. Johnson retired and Thomas Bradley, PE became a partner.
